Sawyer Telegdy  is the fiery owner/founder of The Shred Shop,  Windsor's First Fitness Boutique, and all around Wellness Complex.  She has been a part of the fitness industry for over 15 years,  and has placed top 3 multiple times in National-level figure competitions  Sawyer shares her awesome story of how she used her passion to rise  from being trainer at a globo gym  to the owner of her own fast growing empire in the hear of the City of Windsor.  Sawyer is a total bad ass who doesn't hold back on her opinions or her goals.
