In today's episode, after two years of engagement, I share my personal experience of getting engaged to my fiancé. Rather than being overwhelmed with joy and happiness, I found myself experiencing immense fear of who I would become in the relationship as well as a loss of who I had been.

Sometimes our initiations into deeper commitment to life and living it truly can require us to experience a death like experience of our old ways of being.

I share a section out of Robert Johnson's book She in reference to the myth of Psyche and Eros.
