The St. Louis native opens up about her background with cigars and the different ups and downs she experienced while running her own business. Now the Director of Consumer Engagement and Development for Eighty5 Cigars, “MJ” explains how she got connected with the brand and what her day to day looks like as part of a team that fits together perfectly. Morton also talks about some of the hard work that goes on behind the scenes of building a brand that consumers don’t get to see. She also gives out some sage advice to anybody who is looking to make their own dreams come true in the face of adversity. The show wraps up with her thoughts on the participants of her imaginary round table and what she would have told herself from five years ago.
