-In observance of National Domestic Violence Month, Cuff and Mo sit down with Kristy Kerns to discuss her harrowing story of surviving multiple abusive relationships. The Georgia native opens up about her first-hand experiences in traumatic relationships and how despite repeating some of the same missteps in choosing a partner, she managed to survive and make it through. Kerns gives an insight into her mindset during that time of her life and how she was able to compartmentalize it all just to survive on a daily basis. Now a VP of an oil and gas company, Kerns talks about her healing journey and what advice she would give to anybody else who might be currently involved in an abusive relationship.
-Cuff and Mo have a second conversation with Will Harris of The Hustle Marketing & Design Co. to get caught up on the growth of the company and what it looks like when the hard work you put in starts to bring your vision into a reality. Harris really opens up about the path that led him to starting the company and the multiple sink or swim moments he encountered along the way. Harris dives into his mindset as the owner and talks about how he views his responsibilities to his employees as the owner of the company. The episode closes out with Cuff and Harris talking about a couple of initiatives they are working on and what people can expect to see for The Hustle Marketing & Design Co as we get closer to 2025.
FOCUS!
-The guys sit down to have a conversation about the concept and actual practice of FOCUS. Mo opens up about what the term means to him and how he has completely cut out any form of distraction while on his professional journey. After Cuff talks about some of the ups and downs he has experienced over the past couple of years, the guys examine how they have grown as individuals in terms of focusing on their goals. They give their thoughts on what people can do to get back on track if they feel like they've been sidetracked and their thoughts on the level of dedication it takes to keep going when life throws you trials and tribulations.
-After taking a summer break, the guys are back at it. They kick off the back end of the year by sitting down with Ty Porter of Cars & Cigars TX. The Houston native talks about her relationship with her dad and how their bond over cars and cigars was the inspiration behind the growing IG page. Porter explains what she brings to the table and why she's chosen this industry as her passion. The show wraps with Ty reflecting on where she's been and her using one heck of a word to describe what the title would be of the imaginary book that would be written about her life.
