In this episode, your friendly neighborhood grave robbers travel to another dimension! A universe where modern-day radio plays new rock n’ roll that sounds like the classic 60s, 70s, and 80s hard rock from our world. We are discussing what the interweb calls the New Wave Of Classic Rock! There have been bands doing the retro-rock thing for years, but this phenomenon seems to be gaining momentum… It’s only rock n’ roll, and we like it!

What is it we do here at InObscuria? Every show Kevin opens the crypt to exhume and dissect from his personal collection: an artist, album, or collection of tunes from the broad spectrum of rock, punk, and metal. The younger generation is picking up guitars and playing that classic blues-inspired hard rock again! This retro rock thing is not quite as new as the interweb is making it out to be, but who cares? It’s a breath of freshly regurgitated air! Our hope is that we turn you on to something new.
