How to Hire a 5-Star Employee 

Danielle started her own business at a young age, thinking that hiring employees much more youthful than her would keep her mistakes hidden until she had a toxic employee who made her job as CEO hard. She knew she had to step up and ensure she hired the best, unlike one of the toxic people she had previously employed.

Danielle decided she wanted to help other entrepreneurs avoid making the same mistakes she did. Here's how she hired a 5-star Employee:

• Finding A 5-star Employee is not that simple. In Every 7 potential candidates, only 1 is rated 5-star. Danielle uses that 5-Star rating system as an objective criterion to assess existing and new candidates.

• Assessing each candidate helps you find the perfect talent you need in your company. You need to understand where every candidate can grow to become a 5-Star rated employee. After the assessment, you can find which role they are perfect for in the company. As a CEO, you can customize and personalize the 5-Star rating system based on your recruiting role.
