On this episode, I interviewed Dr. Anna Arabyan, a faculty member at the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology and founder of NutrafemmeRx, a brand devoted to women’s hormone health and wellness. I was interested in talking to Dr. Anna because of her unique background in both biochemistry, with her doctor of pharmacy degree, and also using holistic strategies for managing her own diagnoses of PCOS and endometriosis.
