In this episode of the Crack House Chronicles Donnie and Dale discuss Bob Crane, (Col. Robert Hogan, Hogans Heros) who was found bludgeoned to death in his Scottsdale, Arizona, apartment while on tour in June 1978 for a dinner theater production of Beginner's Luck. Though Crane's friend John Henry Carpenter was tried and acquitted of the murder, the case remains officially unsolved. Crane's previously uncontroversial public image suffered due to the suspicious nature of his death and revelations about his personal life
