I’m excited to bring back a guest from last year, my sister, Amy Hopper. Amy is a middle school math and STEM teacher and cheerleading coach with over a decade of experience working with students. She finds that when students and adults, alike, are able to talk through things that are causing them difficulty or stress, they are able to come to conclusions more quickly than if they don’t.
