<p>Part of this journey is all about LEARNING and PIVOTING.  The rest of this year I am focising on a RE-TOOLING of my strategy.  I have built a base of business to rely on and continue to market to grow that base BUT the P2P and other "wasted time" areas are being totally re-tooled and my approach on agents as well.  Lots to do so 2025 becomes a stellar YEAR 5!</p>
