870 Lbs of venison was processed this past sunday on our annual grind day. We knew this would be our largest volume of meat done and we certainly learned some lessons. Bill, Jimmy and Billy got together to recap the day and discussed what went well and what we could do better. In the end, our freezers are full with high quality home made vension burger and sausage ready to feed our family and friends for the remainder of the year. Thats what its all about, field to table.
