It's the holidays! Before we officially put up our Out of Offices and turn off all notifications off our phone, I wanted to share a quick message to all of us out there who may have been told that you’d never amount to anything. To those of us who have been told to dream smaller. To those of us who have been told to stick to what you’re good at and not take risks.

These were the messages that my podcast guest, Debra Gipson, heard all through her life. Lucky for us, Debra refused to accept those messages as her truth, and today we dive into what true inclusivity looks like by overcoming the spaces we’re supposed to stay in.
