In this episode, Alia dives into the truth of what anxiety is and the beginning steps to ease it. Anxious thoughts and feelings are more than meets the eye. Our bodies are telling us something each time we are anxious or anticipating pain. It’s all a larger journey but anxiety does not have to be a lonely battle. You are more capable than you know.
