In this episode, Peter and Rachael talk to Anne from The ALS Association of MN/ND/SD about what it means to be a caregiver of someone with a chronic illness, and how to deal with the feelings and emotions that come from that scenario.  They also discuss the topic of grief and how it can be expressed in different ways for different people.  Caregivers come in all forms, and it happens more times than we realize that a teen or young adult can serve as a caregiver for a family member or friend.  This can cause a lot of different feelings, and that is ok.
