As the new year presents itself, paying close attention to your intentions is an investment you can make in yourself.
In this episode, I include some personal examples from my life where I chose to re-evaluate my intentions and how that played out.
Examples include alcohol, relationships and moving to a new city.
Instead of setting new year’s resolutions that are sometimes hard to stick with, simply deciding to center yourself and intentionally flow through life instead of being a victim to the world around you can have such a profound impact on how you show up for yourself and others.
