This week I am joined by Dr Pak Androulakis-Korakakis. He is a researcher and strength coach. Our first 'non-dad' guest!
Pak and I have connected previously through the academic world, because of our mutual interest in strength training research. His PhD was focused on the minimum effective dose for strength training, a topic of particular interest to Dads and other time-poor individuals who want to make progress in their training but may not be able to train "optimally".
Our conversation spanned from Pak's childhood years of growing up in several countries, how he got interested in his specific research area, and how he applies the concepts he has learned with his own clients. Plenty of practical takeaways in this one.
Enjoy the episode!
