I am so excited to re introduce myself after a LONG year off, Cmere To Me podcast is back!!! 

I am MaryRose Shanahan and I will be your podcast host. For any new listeners, I am from the beautiful place that is West Cork in Ireland. I am 25 years old and currently living in paradise that is Bali.

For those who know me for a while, I took a year off from doing podcasts as I was going through a hard journey in my life. It was a time full of ups and downs, good days and bad days but it was the best journey I ever went on as I would not be recording this podcast if I didn't go through what I did.

For my first episode of this podcast I am going to give all of you an update on what has happened in the last year, what I learned, why I started holistic coaching, my hopes, dreams, plans and what I want to get from doing what I do.
