If you’re not comfortable falling, you are not comfortable surfing and will stagnate in your surfing. If you can’t fail, you can’t learn. If you don’t try, you’ll never succeed. This all sounds cliche but the sad reality is most surfers are stuck in a comfort zone where they never try anything, are too afraid to risk a wipeout and constantly play it safe.
