Welcome to today's episode! Our topic for today is to find joy in practicing asanas and letting go of any judgement. This time you set aside for yourself can really help you bring out your inner child and become less critical with your approach to yoga and your daily practice. Finding flexibility with your perspective nurtures your relaxation response and fosters creativity. Yoga and stillness itself helps us to ground, taking care of the first chakra - the Root Chakra. When we feel safe, our energy opens up to our second chakra - the Sacral Chakra. We can shift from our anchored energy into a more personal and unique flow state that represents our true essence. When we let our inspiration emerge, we find we are less rigid in both the mind and body.
Please reach out to us! We welcome your questions, thoughts, ideas, and interests! Find us on Instagram at @jessandjosieyoga or email us at [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!
Sending love and light,
