Because the mind and body follow the path of least resistance. This idea subtly flips the usual self-help narrative. Most people think change comes from pushing harder… when in reality the nervous system, the body, and the mind always move where resistance is lowest.

We talk about why you can’t live outside your belief system, no matter how much you try to think positively or force a new story.

And from there, we explore the role of coherence and conscious choice in bringing ourselves back into integrity and alignment.

Not through force.

Not through denial.

But through awareness and willingness.
