In this episode Lindsay and Stacy discuss how HEALTHY CONFLICT is an opportunity to connect and improve relationships. Conflict can be scary and hard but if done thoughtfully, it can help get your needs met. They explore:


- The best way to approach someone when discussing an issue.


- The difference between passive, aggressive and assertive communication.


- Combatting the fear that underlies conflict.


- Why remembering your goal during conflict needs to be your guide so you stay   on topic.


- Using voice, body language, active listening and I statements to help get your         point across and better understand both sides.


- The importance of using pauses and breaks so we can respond, not react.
