In Episode 15 we are joined by Jennifer Biederman. Jenny is a Professor of Biology at St. Mary's University in Winona, MN. She has spent countless hours on the stream, in the classroom, and lab mastering a trout's diet and how they behave.  I learned a ton sitting down with Jenny and will definitely be filling my fly box with a few new flies for the upcoming season.
