Give yourself permission to feel your way through your feelings and emotions. The only way out is through. Learn how to effectively communicate and express your feelings and emotions rather than avoiding, suppressing, or storing your emotions. Feelings are just temporary and come and go, let it pass. They do not define who you are, just how you are feeling at the moment. Choose your battles wisely and do not waste your time and energy on those who are committed to misunderstand you.
