If you are looking to elevate your running to the next level, this episode is for you! Planning for an ultimate goal is difficult, but it is necessary in order to improve your game. Like in the previous episode, you will learn that the quality of your miles matters much more than the quantity, the importance of rest days, and the critical aspect of writing down your workouts. Moreover, we’ll give you advice for the number of miles you should be running each week and an example week of training. NOTE: Episode 14 is a dedicated training episode for more casual runners!
