Children are powerful teachers for us on our journey of self-realization. They can be catalysts of unconditional love, the worst fear imaginable, frustration to the extent of questioning our sanity, and brilliant inspiration all in one day! Through our experience with children, we are reminded of dualities, such as order and chaos or security and insecurity. We also experience the dynamic relationship between freedom and responsibility. Arguably, the most important reasons for our experiences with children are for deeper self-love and self-acceptance. But this only comes with much continuous internal reflection.
