• Acceptance is a mindset, a state of mind. It’s where we can acknowledge and embrace reality without judgment.
• The opposite of acceptance is resistance. And what we resist always persists; so stop resisting, and allow acceptance into your life. 
• Acceptance is a practice. So, how do we practice that art of acceptance? Step 1: become aware of what feels unacceptable; Step 2: allow those feelings to be.
• The Serenity Prayer for Acceptance: “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”
