What are signs of blood sugar imbalance?
- difficulty focusing
- low energy
- feeling weak
- dizzy, shaky, trembling, sweating
- hungry between meals
- nauseated
- heart palpitations or racing heart
- sugar and/or carb cravings
- waking at night
- pms
- headaches
- frequent infections
- increased abdominal fat
