This full-length live from online practice gives us an opportunity to embody and practice follow-through and resilience when life off the mat is difficult and needs us to be brave and compassionate. This means loads of balancing, hopping, shoulder mobilising and strengthening and a fun flow that does a bit of everything. You will need a strap and a brick although you can improvise or practise without them.. (All Levels/60 Minutes)
