When Jenny, an account manager at Nussbaum, couldn't reach Doyle, she called Sergio, who was nearby on another delivery. Recognizing the signs of stroke — facial drooping, loss of motor control, and cognitive confusion — Sergio called 911 and stayed by Doyle's side until paramedics arrived.
