The Peloton Approach to Overcome Procrastination and Overwhelm 

Irrational fear, frustration, self-doubt, and anxiety are all overwhelming. It forces you to procrastinate because we prefer pleasure to pain. In the entrepreneurial world and as business owners, we believe that we can handle everything in our company, which causes confusion and leads us to ask ourselves, "When can we start?" Where do we begin? Is this thing going to work? It's like reading a book's last chapter before starting it.

Procrastination is simply a bad attitude, this is why changing your attitude toward work can help you get more done. Of course, it's easier said than done, so Dallas made a way to support herself to stop procrastinating and feeling overwhelmed; she calls it the "Peloton Approach." Dallas owns a bike that every time she walks past it, reminds her to be committed to prioritizing her physical health and mental health. Because prioritizing your physical and mental health helps you eliminate daily fatigue or feeling burnout in your day-to-day tasks.
