Is there a perfect workout? Yes. And No. Is the helpful? There might not be a perfect workout but there are better and worse workouts. Basically, the perfect workout is simple and boring. If you can get your head wrapped around that you will be on track to finally committing fitness to your life for good!
Also. I get a bit controversial. Is it OK to be fat? Whoa, coach, you can't say that. Give this a listen. It is an important conversation that has to be had and avoiding it to maintain some random definition of 'political correctness' is a disservice to everyone. This is confounded with ideas about healthy foods, good food vs. bad food, and a host of other issues. This is some of my truest thoughts.
