The Importance of Automation and Delegation to Maximize Your Time
Through automation, business owners can grow and sustain their businesses. Automation is an application of technology to produce products or services that minimize human intervention so that they can save more time and energy and avoid feeling burnt out, such as sales, manufacturing, transportation, and utilities.

However, a fraction of a business that automation cannot handle, like branding, requires a human mind. That's the time when business owners should delegate. Like automation, delegation allows a business owner to work less but still manage their business to achieve the sustainable stability they want. The difference between the two is that automation is done through technology alone, but delegation is through the trust and skills of your team in the business.
