After spending 15 years in the beauty industry developing products for some of the largest beauty brands in the world, Elyse Conroy walked away and left it all
behind.
Why?
She failed.
Elyse aspired to make women feel good about themselves from the outside in with the products she created, but realized when we try to fix ourselves from the outside in, it simply doesn’t work and the results aren’t sustainable. The confidence the products helped consumers create was only to be washed down the sink every night once their mask was removed.
She knew there was a different way to create the feelings we are all looking for and just like that, she left her career in beauty behind and went all in on her
dream of launching her company Soul Makeup.
She now teaches high-performing women the importance of building their confidence from the inside out through 1:1 Coaching, Retreats, Workshops and Motivational Speaking and is on a passionate mission to help them take confident action now in both life & business.
