Our past conditioning heavily influences our discernment. Constantly, our filters operate subconsciously and are often misaligned with who we are as divine beings. Only when we begin to question our own filters do we open ourselves to true alignment. The foundational filter is fear or love. Without actively choosing to see the world through the lens of love, our default filter becomes fear. The world we see and the life we create are drastically different from both perspectives. Therefore, it is critical to be clear on the many filters we currently have and to constantly question whether they are supportive as we grow.
In heightened fear, discernment goes out the window
Train our brains to constantly discern about our filter
Being able to distinguish judging vs. being judgmental
Dilemma of willingness to change your filter
When we stop questioning our views, we have fake discernment
Having deep, intentional, moral-shaking conversations to refine discernment
To have good discernment is also to have good empathy
