Alcohol is a symptom of unprocessed / interrupted emotions. Always.
Good, bad, happy, sad.
We have to have a new conversation with the sensations created by energy flowing through our body, all day, everyday.
Today I teach you a technique to use in conjunction with the 5 Shifts process to come into a closer relationship to your inner energy rather than moving away from it.
How to be with your emotions, normalize them, and let go.

I also read an excerpt from Michale Singers book, " The Untethered Soul",  that teaches us why we close down around emotions, intern we close the heart. We resist change and try to force our outer world to match our inner neurosis, rather than just change the way we interact with the world.
