Kristin Rastatter serves as Advocacy Manager at the Urgent Care Association (UCA). Her journey into the non-profit sector began with her work at Meals on Wheels, where she discovered her passion for helping others. In her role there, she focused on advocacy and outreach, volunteer management, developing programs for elderly recipients, and fundraising to sustain the organization’s services.


Kristin is dedicated to advocating for Urgent Care. She is actively involved in several key initiatives, including collaborating with UCA’s lobbyist, McDermott+, to engage with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Together, they are working to develop new initiatives aimed at reducing emergency department overutilization and ensuring fair payment for Urgent Care services.


These efforts highlight Kristin’s commitment to advancing the Urgent Care industry and ensuring it continues to provide essential services to communities.
