Happy Wednesday!

How's your week been?  I've been at the beach on vacation with my family. I had lost track of the days of the week and almost forgot about my Wednesday podcast!

Part of me thought - hmmm... it would be easier to skip it. 

However, I did what I tend to do: I asked the Oneness for guidance.

And I was called to go ahead and record a video on a topic I would not have to prepare for: 

What I feel during a Cranial Osteopathic Treatment.

Plus, I got to record by the beach! What a treat!

This morning, I also got up for sunrise. Part of me so wanted to sleep in. Another part of me wanted to experience the joy of the gently morning light with its healing rays and the sand and the ocean waves creating a full-sensory painting... I'm so glad I did!

AND, I'm so glad I decided to show up for you today.

At times we need to rest. And other times, we need that little bit of motivation to get some momentum that expands our life experience so magnificently. Showing up for the sunrise did that for me today, as did showing up for all of you, too.
