Listener Beware: Kevin is on his own again… Happy New Year! 2022 has been an amazing year for new music from legacy artists, current artists, and new artists; in fact, this is the third celebration of 2022 music. It was an unprecedented year for rock n’ punk n’ metal, and we want to shed as much light on these killer cuts as possible. Some of these groups and albums we’ve talked about before, but we thought it was worth the time to recognize all of the amazing recorded output of 2022!

What is it we do here at InObscuria? Every show Kevin opens the crypt to exhume and dissect from his personal collection; an artist, album, or grouping of tunes from the broad spectrum of rock, punk, and metal. This week we look back on another tumultuous year that had its ups and downs, but mostly ups for the world of rock n’ punk n’ metal.
