This day and age we have become ADDICTED to social media and there is a growing addiction to the VALIDATION that we get from it.
My tips for you are:
1. Limit your time by setting an alarm and removing notifications!
2. Spring clean the negative people!
3. No social media Sunday's
4. Schedule time to look at your social media and stick to that schedule!
5. Take a break... I took a three year break!
You never know this may be one of your 2020 goals for the new year! Spend less time on your phone and more time in the moment with friends and family.
