A couple years ago, I realized that giving it up to the Universe, God or whomever you look to for guidance, is about know that you are ready to stop trying to control the things in your life in a way that is no longer helpful.

I spoke to Emily Kloss about her journey from being in the corporate world to becoming a yogipreneur and she speaks about how her life changed for the better when she realized what she wanted to do, who she was, and how she could control her own path. She gave her ideas to the Universe and is now in a place that she loves.
