Reality is Broken:
We make decisions constantly about out life and the things that we want to accomplish. When it comes to changing major habits that seem ingrained in us, it will take time. Patience is key and remembering one day at a time is all that we need.
Habits are not formed overnight, so how can you expect them to be done that fast?
After a talk with friends and enjoying birthday celebrations, I realize what it is like to truly have peace and happiness in my life. Many years ago, I loved to create drama and chaos in my own life! Yes, that sounds insane, but it is true.
The habits that we change in our lives have a lasting effect in other areas. Healing from your past can be a messy process, but the peace that you will endure because of that will bring more light to your life.

A couple years ago, I realized that giving it up to the Universe, God or whomever you look to for guidance, is about know that you are ready to stop trying to control the things in your life in a way that is no longer helpful.
I spoke to Emily Kloss about her journey from being in the corporate world to becoming a yogipreneur and she speaks about how her life changed for the better when she realized what she wanted to do, who she was, and how she could control her own path. She gave her ideas to the Universe and is now in a place that she loves.
