There are a lot of us out there whom are neurodivergent / ADHD AND spiritual.


In western society, there is a diagnosis, BUT in other parts of the world, neurodivergence is seen less as an anomaly and more a way of navigating the world.


In this episode we explore what it means to shift the narrative from a westernize diagnosis to an Eastern/African Gift.


This episode's Rocking Chair Wisdom:

  1. ​ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergence's aren’t disorders—they’re different ways of processing the world.
  2. ​Reframe your ADHD. Stop seeing it as a ‘deficit’ and start seeing it as different type of consciousness. You are tapped in! The Ancestors said so!
  3. ​Practice energetic awareness. If you feel like you absorb too much energy, start grounding.

3a. Try carrying black tourmaline or hematite.

  1. ​ Track your intuitive hits. Pay attention to those ‘random’ insights—are they really random? Or are you picking up on something? Start tracking when your feelings that turn out to be right.
