In this episode we are joined by fellow mama and founder of the Motherhood Hub, Kristin Laffrey. Kristin is Mindset and Mindfulness Coach and has made it her mission to support modern day mum's in gaining deeper clarity and direction in their life after having children so that they can begin to create a life of purpose, fulfillment and success in their career without feeling like they are sacrificing their family or failing as a Mother. Combining her qualifications as a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and 10 years of coaching and mentoring with her personal journey as a Mother, Kristin hopes to support other Mums through their own journey of Motherhood to overcome the guilt, overwhelm and lack of clarity keeping them stuck so that they can thrive in both family and career. So, in this episode we chat all about Kristin’s personal journey within motherhood and what has led her to support mum's in the field of mindset and mindfulness. She delves into the identity shifts that we can experience as mum's and how we can find grace and compassion for ourselves as we move through those transitions. Kristin talks about some of the beliefs, fears and doubts that we can bring into motherhood and how we as mothers can begin to shift out of beliefs that are holding us back from showing up the way we want to within our lives.
