Hello my lovely listeners, I know I mentioned I meditate, but repetition is key so I’m going to go on about it until you actually try.
Plus I have been given permission to share some of free clips from the makers on my favorite app Headspace, a UK & USA company.
So I thought I am going to walk you through what I do during my morning session, so yo get a clear picture of what medication is. I actually come across transitional meditation where you repeat a couple of words or phrases, now I had a good internet search and it seems you actually need to see an approved teachers to help you first before send you on your way to mindfulness. Since there is noone around where I live in france, I will have to wait until my next trip to London.
Why meditate? You will gain from sitting still even for a short period of time, in today's busy life and so much noise, on the streets, on the web, we are submerged with data, people needs, personal envies and desires, It’s can get very stressful at times, and learning to meditate helps greatly to make you less subjective to lose your shit, in other words, you will think before you act.
