Ep. 16 - SOLO: My Healing Trip to Costa Rica
In this episode I discuss what my first few weeks are like on my work exchange trip to Costa Rica. I’m staying at the beautiful and spiritual hub of PachaMama and having the time of my life! This trip was one of the biggest manifestations I was calling in for 2020 and everything fell together in just a few days before the end of 2019. This trip is incredibly healing for my mind, body and soul and incorporates many of the healing modalities I’ve experimented with over the past year.
