Listen Later

We've all been there. Screw it, or some version of NOTHING'S working. How can you  be proactive and preventing a downswing from having a bigger impact than it needs to and solve the problems you use alcohol for.
Cycles and rhythms are part of our nature as humans. We love being in the waxing phase of our lives, ( when live is happening FOR US.) But we don’t know how to work with the downswing.  When life seems to be happening TO us, we become our own worst enemy and add to the pain.

EVERYTHING has a cycle. Including you. Your job is to get to know your waining phase inside and out.
What do you do? What are your typical thoughts?
Figure these out when you are in your : “Life Is Fantastic, Nothing can stop me” phase.

In today's episode you will learn:
How to have your own back in every phase.

What causes a downswing.
