How important are unity and harmony to you? To what extent do you want them? Unity and harmony start within each of us, and the potential expands to a global scale. Without awareness and intentional practice towards creating unity within, our efforts to create it externally will be met with great frustration and suffering. This is observable with the current state of affairs locally, regionally, nationally, and globally. As we expand our awareness of unity and harmony outward from within, our definition of these must continue to broaden to include others’ perspectives. Forcing a rigid definition onto others doesn’t work. History has proven this many times over. But unity and harmony are choices. To each their own.

Creating division while believing you're creating unity

Creating unity and harmony within ourselves

You have to constantly re-choose to do the inner work

Having a sense of what’s not unified within myself

Fear sells. Harmony doesn’t sell

Confrontation is going to happen, but how do we handle that confrontation?

Be the change you want to see and not be attached to the outcome
