Today I dive into one of my favorite questions first posed to me by my friend Lori Mitchell - what are you avoiding? It's a question I've been asking myself a lot recently because my husband recently looked at me and said, you never ask me if I'm happy. It made me realize how easy it is to dive back into the day to day and avoid asking myself the hard questions.
