UMass police officer and 10th Planet Springfield student Ryan Bartlett is on the podcast talking about Adopt A Cop.  The Adopt A Cop program partners with jiu jitsu gyms in order to encourage police officers to take up jiu jitsu as a way to improve their training, confidence, and safety.  Ryan talks about how jiu jitsu has helped him on and off the mat, the importance of "culture" at the gym, and his goals for 2022.
