TRIUMPH OVER ADVERSITY WEDNESDAY brings you two podcast host sharing their own personal triumph over adversity stories! 

Myself and Ivan from @inmelbournelastweek podcast do a crossover session together and share our stories. This was mine and Ivan's first crossover podcast together and I must say I enjoyed this as we bounced off each others energy and stories. 

Ivan is a CANCER SURVIVOR. Ivan found out he had a rare tumour in his pelvis in his late 20's and needed to have his pelvis removed to get the tumour out... the tumour was the size of a tennis ball! If Ivan didn't go to the doctors about his "knee pains" HE WOULD HAVE DIED; as the tumour would have grown so much more and shattered his pelvis. 

Ivan talks about men's health and gives advice to men about going to the doctors when something doesn't feel right. 

This story is powerful because it is so relevant and relatable. So many people are impacted by cancer... for someone currently going through this or even loved one's being a witness to this, Ivan's story can help! The importance of a positive and growth mindset during this process can help wonders during recovery phase as there is a strong connection between the mind and body.
